Ayn Rand Essay Contests

The Ayn Rand Institute sponsors annual essay contests. Winners receive cash awards that can be applied to college. Hundreds of awards are made each year.

  • The Anthem Essay Contest is open to 8th, 9th & 10th graders. (March deadline)
  • The Fountainhead Essay Contest is open to high school juniors and seniors. (April deadline)
  • The Atlas Shrugged Essay Contest is open to high school seniors. (September deadline)
