Discover Scholarship Program

The Discover Scholarship Program awards up to $300,000 in scholarships annually to high school juniors nationwide to support continued education and training beyond high school.
 
Since 1991, Discover has awarded nearly $16 million in scholarships to over 6,000 students.   Up to 10 scholarships of up to $30,000 each are awarded each year.
 
The program is open to high school juniors who meet the following requirements:

  • 2.75 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) for 9th and 10th grades
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in community service and leadership
  • Has faced a significant roadblock or challenge
