JFK Profile in Courage Essay Contest
The annual John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Essay Contest is open to high school students throughout the USA. Entrants must write an original essay about an elected official who demonstrated political courage.
Writers of winning essays receive awards of up to $10,000.
The first-place award is presented to the winner at the Profile in Courage Award Ceremony hosted each May at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston.
